The base scope includes the plot, villa structure, turnkey interior finishing, fencing, fitted kitchen, parking and central estate utility connections. All plots at Empathia Village are a minimum of 600 m². Villa Jane and Villa Anna start from 600 m² plots. Villa Georgette is positioned on plots of from 1,500 m². Larger plots and combined plots can be arranged on request.

Yes. Every residence at Empathia Village can be individually adapted. We offer the ability to increase the house area, expand the plot, adapt the floor plan and refine the design in accordance with your personal vision. Our design and construction team will work with you from initial concept through to completion.

Each villa takes approximately 12 months to construct from groundbreaking. The timeline may vary depending on individual customisation requirements. Construction is carried out by Kensington Construction & Development, the estate developer holding a Class I construction licence in Seychelles.

Rental use depends on the intended model. Long-term residential letting and short-term tourist accommodation may have different licensing, management, estate and tax requirements. Buyers should confirm the permitted use with qualified Seychelles advisers. Rental returns and occupancy are not guaranteed.
