Who is responsible

Empathia Village and Kensington Construction & Development use the website to provide project information and respond to enquiries. Privacy questions may be sent to [email protected].

Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we collect the phone or WhatsApp number you provide, the page or villa you asked about, the time of the request and available campaign parameters such as source, medium and campaign. If you contact us directly by email or messaging service, that service may provide additional information you choose to share.

The site also records limited first-party interaction events, such as clicks on the price-list, phone, WhatsApp, brochure and masterplan controls. These event records do not intentionally include the phone number entered in a form.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and provide requested project information.
• To follow up about villas, plots, visits or documents relevant to your request.
• To understand which pages and contact options are useful and improve the website.
• To protect the service, diagnose errors and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information.

Service providers and international handling

The website may use hosting, database, email, Telegram notification, form-delivery and analytics providers to process enquiries and operate the service. Cloudflare Web Analytics is also enabled. Information may therefore be processed in countries other than your own, subject to the safeguards and terms of the relevant provider.

When you choose WhatsApp, email, Instagram or another external service, its own privacy terms apply.

Storage and retention

Enquiry information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage the potential customer relationship, maintain appropriate business records and comply with legal requirements. Limited campaign information may be kept in your browser session so the enquiry can be attributed correctly.

Your choices

You may ask us to provide, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop sales follow-up. Some information may need to be retained where required by law or to establish or defend legal claims.
